ollie dee enjoys creating from a place of curiosity, openness, and fun. as a balm for their struggle with mental illness, their artistic practice spans a variety of disciplines as they learn to embrace the boundlessness of their imagination. primarily they have been exploring artistic mediums such as linoleum cut printing, ink drawing, digital art, and textile work; their media interests include writing and tv/film production. they enjoy experimenting with spiral and eye imagery to test the ways in which they can be used to convey a variety of feelings and intentions. ollie dee also has interests in the ways artistic expression can aid, support, and sustain social justice movements and those involved within them.
